Part-Time Mental Health Therapist

About the Role

We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive assessments, outpatient individual and family therapy, and develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care, participate in case consultations, and ensure accurate documentation, billing, and insurance authorization. Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings
• Ensure accurate documentation, billing, and insurance authorization
• Emphasize a patient-centered, culturally competent approach to support diverse client needs

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
• Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
