About the role

Location: Draper, UT. Reporting directly to the Clinical Manager.

Salary + Bonus Potential (based on 16 hours per week): $26,000 - $35,760 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities).

Responsibilities

  • Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
  • Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy).
  • Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve.
  • Positively contribute to an ever-expanding clinical team all committed to a new, innovative way to serve patients.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
  • Proven and passionate drive – a love for and commitment to patient impact while also driving clinical outcomes as demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues.
  • Collaboration dedication – the desire to work as a team with a diverse set of behavioral and physical health providers to ensure "Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing".
  • Growth mindset and agility – the understanding that to best serve patients in an ever-changing world, the most effective clinicians must be able to learn, grow, and pivot accordingly.

Pay

Salary range: $52,000 - $71,520 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities). Earning potential is flexible—see more patients to increase access and earnings, or maintain a base salary workload.

Schedule

Part-time, 2 days a week (16 hours per week), with a consistent 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
