Responsibilities

• Prepares meals adhering to all food sanitation policies and procedures
• Prepares meals adhering to all portion control and special dietary guidelines
• Affirms food is stored correctly, adhering to all related guidelines
• Affirms kitchen is cleaned after meals, including but not limited to pots and pans, all surfaces, and the floor
• Performs all cleaning tasks according to cleaning schedule
