Part-Time Membership Sales

About the role

We're looking for a confident, persuasive individual who is ready to CHANGE LIVES through sales of our inclusive, fun, stress-free dance class membership!

You'll be connecting with our clients at our classes to hear about their experience, learn more about their reasons for coming and why DivaDance could help them reach their goals, and then present ways our membership options may fit them best!

You'll also be onboarding new members and making sure they are maximizing their membership, as well as posting to our social media accounts during our classes while observing the class experience!

The perfect person in this role thrives on forming meaningful rapport with everyone you meet! You're fun, values-driven, obsessed with excellence AND you want to make a difference in people's lives. Most importantly, you are persuasive, articulate, and confident.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients at our classes to understand their needs and how our membership options can benefit them
• Present membership options that align with client goals and preferences
• Onboard new members and ensure they are maximizing their benefits
• Post to our social media accounts during classes to engage with attendees and promote our offerings
• Form meaningful rapport with clients to build trust and loyalty

Requirements

• Confident and persuasive communication skills
• Ability to form meaningful rapport with clients
• Values-driven and passionate about making a difference
• Obsessed with excellence and quality
• Fun and engaging personality

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Flexible availability to host 1-2 classes per week, mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends
• Reliable transportation to get to classes at Soar Creative Studios in Dallas
• A tablet or iPad for this role

Benefits

• Compensation of $20 per class + $10 per membership sold + free dance classes

Pay

• $20 per class + $10 per membership sold + free dance classes

Schedule

• Host 1-2 classes per week, mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends
• Classes hosted at Soar Creative Studios in Dallas
• Reliable transportation required
