Part-Time Membership Sales

HOURS, COMPENSATION, LOCATION

• Available 2-4 days per week, with Saturday morning availability required.
• Classes held in the evenings and on weekends.
• Must be available to work at studio locations and other offsite events.
• Reliable transportation is required.

About the role

This is a membership sales position. We provide all onboarding details, but sales experience is required. We're looking for a confident, outgoing, and persuasive individual who is ready to CHANGE LIVES through sales of our inclusive, fun, stress-free dance class membership!

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients at classes to hear about their experience and learn about their reasons for coming.
• Present ways our membership options may fit clients best.
• Onboard new members and ensure they are maximizing their membership.
• Post to our social media accounts during classes while observing the class experience.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of dance classes and membership options.

Benefits

• $20/class + $10 per membership sold.
