Role Overview The Associate Medical Laboratory Scientist is responsible for accurately and efficiently performing high-complexity laboratory tests, including specimen evaluation, data analysis, and instrument maintenance, often working with clinical staff and Laboratory Services team members. Key Responsibilities Perform pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical duties with minimal supervisionEnsure timely reporting of test resultsMaintain and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentsCollaborate with caregivers and laboratory staff to support patient care Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, or Clinical Laboratory SciencesCertification as a Medical Technologist or Laboratory Scientist within 6 months of hire from recognized certifying bodiesPreferred: 1 year of laboratory experience and a NAACLS-accredited MLS degree Additional Information Join a team committed to whole-person, patient-focused care within a supportive, inclusive environment.
