• Training new staff and participating in ongoing educational activities.
• Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and clinical environment standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Medical Technology or Laboratory Science certification preferred.
• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting or certification through recognized agencies.

Skills
