Key Responsibilities Adhere to company policies for processing, preparation, and packaging of meat productsEnsure accurate pricing and clear labelingFollow safety, sanitation, and regulatory standardsMaintain proper case conditions through cleaning, stocking, and rotating products to minimize shrinkDeliver friendly customer service and support store team directives Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or equivalentKnowledge of meat cuts and ability to identify themBasic math, reading, and writing skillsPhysical ability to stand, lift up to 100 lbs, climb, and perform various movements in different temperature environmentsExperience in retail or meat departments preferredOperation of equipment like wrapping machines, scales, and cutters
