Responsibilities

• Tailor lessons to individual student needs and learning styles
• Guide students towards mastery using a gradual release approach
• Focus on building confidence and academic success
• Eliminate the stress of lesson planning, parent conferences, and grading
• Enjoy professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching career

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in your subject area (Math, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Biology—anything that fuels your passion)
• Patience and empathy to support diverse learners
• A genuine passion to teach and inspire the next generation
• Proficiency in using G-Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS)
• The ability to provide fingerprints (required for Arizona and Washington state only) and pass a federal background check

Bonus Qualifications

• An advanced degree in a specific subject area of expertise (nice to have)
• Previous one-to-one teaching experience (nice to have)
