Part-time Marketplace Assistant

About the role

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) has an opportunity for a part-time Marketplace Assistant responsible for maintaining Funds Held in Trust for Accounts related to the Patient Access Card (PAC) across all Gateway Rehab facilities. This is a non-supervisory position with infrequent supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receives calls for the Patient Access Card (PAC).
• Maintains daily deposit information for calls.
• Performs investigation and follow-up for deposit information as needed.
• Provides backup support to the Marketplace when necessary.
• Submits purchase orders for accounting.
• Pulls utility bills for accounting.
• Works on special projects assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass PA Criminal Background Check.
• Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances.
• Pass Drug Screen.
• 2-Step TB Test.

Qualifications

• Account and/or Bookkeeping experience preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other software applications required.
• Computer literacy and competent typing skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Customer Service skills required.
