Part-Time Market Associate/Barista

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases, providing product information and recommendations
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized market environment
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Support stock management by receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise
• Assist with coffee and specialty beverage production
• Provide excellent phone etiquette for inquiries and orders

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
• Experience in cash handling preferred
• Barista or technical sales experience is advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible for work hours including weekends
