The Part-Time Manager at St. Charles Town Center is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage and train staff to meet operational goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the store environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
