Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting current promotions to drive revenue.
• Join our piercing experts through comprehensive training: conduct piercings, educate customers on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions or concerns.
• Maintain an Insta-worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Support your Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy environment.
• Showcase Claire's products and services, staying updated on the latest fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash transactions, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their new accessories and piercings on social media, creating shareable moments.

Requirements

• Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
• Proficiency in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
• Completion of some high school and at least one year of retail management experience.
• Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
• Passion for providing customers with opportunities to express themselves freely every day.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and management.
• Strong grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
• Driven team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work alone at times.
• Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
• Ability to create a curated fashion look with products during your shift.
