About the role

The Part-Time Manager at Park Place Mall is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the mall's retail stores. This includes managing staff schedules, ensuring compliance with store policies, and coordinating with other mall departments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Ensure all store policies are adhered to and maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate with other mall departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage staff schedules and provide training and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

Pay

The pay range for this position is $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts are typically Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, with some weekend coverage required.
