About the role
The Part-Time Manager at Park Place Mall is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the mall's retail stores. This includes managing staff schedules, ensuring compliance with store policies, and coordinating with other mall departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure all store policies are adhered to and maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate with other mall departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules and provide training and development opportunities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.
Schedule
