Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting in-store offers.
• Become a piercing expert through training: conduct piercings, educate customers on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions or concerns.
• Maintain an inviting store with organized inventory, visually appealing displays, and easy-to-navigate layouts.
• Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales strategies, and fostering a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
• Represent Claire’s brand by staying updated on fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their purchases on social media, creating shareable moments and viral potential.

Requirements

• Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially for young or anxious customers.
• Proficiency in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
• Completion of some high school and at least one year of retail management experience.
• Physical ability to stand for scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• Capability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools for merchandising and customer assistance.
• Passion for helping customers express themselves and providing excellent service.
