Maintains the interior of facilities

• Paints walls
• Vacuums and cleans carpets
• Buffs and mops floors
• Assembles furniture
• Dusts and polishes furniture
• Removes trash
• Moves furniture
• Replaces interior lights

Maintains the exterior of facilities

• Sweeps sidewalks
• Uses the pressure washer to clean outside walls and sidewalks
• Removes litter, debris, and trash
• Mows lawns
• Replaces exterior lights
• Removes graffiti

Maintains grounds

• Picks up litter
• Cleans and repairs restrooms
• Empty trash barrels
• Maintains athletic fields
• Mows grass
• Trims trees
• Plants shrubs and flowers
• Maintains turf

Provides customer service

• Provides information as requested
• Ensures the security of guests

Other duties

All other duties as assigned by a supervisor/manager within your department/division

Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality for the assigned work hours is essential.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Work requires the ability to read and understand written instructions, to understand simple processes and the routine operation of machines. Level of knowledge equivalent to less than high school or equivalency.
• Experience: Under and including one year.
• Licenses: Valid Driver's License required
