Part Time - Maintenance - Community Custodian - Phillips Luxury Apartments

About the role

We are looking to add a Custodian to perform janitorial and light maintenance duties in a professional manner and on a timely basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties using standard levels of productivity and dependability, ensuring completion in a timely and zero-defect manner.
• Promote good resident/tenant relations and service with a customer-service orientation.
• Work independently, participate in staff meetings, and complete designated training programs.
• Use equipment such as mop, broom, vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaning equipment, buffer, stepladder, and other tools to complete assigned tasks.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in Omega Management Group manuals or communicated verbally or in writing.
• Perform any reasonable task or request consistent with fulfilling company objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No formal training required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Good communication skills.
• Must have a telephone where you can be reached.
