Part-Time LVN

Role: LVN providing dialysis care for patients with chronic kidney disease. Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs and treatment responses.Administer medications and dialysis treatments safely and accurately.Support patient education on kidney health and home therapies.Collaborate with RNs, nephrologists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, patient-centered care. Qualifications And Skills Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.Compassionate with excellent patient care skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
