Location: Kensington Intermediate School, Rocky River. Schedule: Mondays only, 8:15 am–2:30 pm (6.25 hours per week). No nights, no weekends, no holidays, no summers – predictable schedule.

You’ll play a vital role in keeping students healthy, safe, and ready to learn — while providing reassurance to families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day nursing care in the school clinic
• Administer medications and monitor student health needs
• Assess and respond to illness or injury
• Support communicable disease prevention protocols
• Collaborate with staff, families, and healthcare providers
• Maintain documentation and confidentiality (HIPAA/FERPA compliance)

Requirements

• Active Ohio LPN License (required)
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards
• Pediatric, school, or community health experience preferred (not required)
• Basic knowledge of medication administration and communicable disease prevention
• Current or willingness to obtain BLS or CPR/First Aid (role dependent)
