Part Time LPN

About the role

Join us in creating a positive environment that supports residents' physical, social, and psychological well-being. Assist in maintaining a safe and clean living space, monitor residents according to prescribed treatment plans, and document responses accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a physically, socially, and psychologically conducive environment for residents.
• Monitor residents’ care according to physician-prescribed treatment plans and document responses.
• Administer medications as required and ensure the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room.
• Adequately adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes.

Requirements

• LPN or LVN license required per state regulations.

Qualifications

Nurses must possess a valid nursing license and meet other eligibility criteria as outlined by Brookdale.

Skills

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with healthcare software is beneficial.

Pay

Base pay in the range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.
