About the role
Deliver nursing care in a warm, home-like environment. Assess, document, and communicate residents' health status while supervising Resident Care Assistants and coordinating care with providers. Respond to emergencies, mentor staff, support resident independence, and report any signs of elder abuse or neglect per regulations.

Requirements
- Current LPN license
