Part-Time Local Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Job Type Part-time Description This is a Part-Time local, non-CDL, delivery position responsible for transporting paint and related products to nearby customers using company pickup trucks and cargo vans. Our delivery approach is service-driven, bringing products directly to our customers so they can stay focused on their work without interruption. This role requires reliability, professionalism, and a strong customer-service mindset. This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy a fast paced, active workday that combines driving, customer interaction, and supporting store operations when not making deliveries. This is not a commercial truck driving or long-haul position. Pay: $15/hr. Schedule Monday–Friday daytime schedule, WEEK ON-WEEK OFFTypical hours: 8:30AM – 5:00 PMNO WEEKENDS. Requirements Essential Duties Operate company delivery vehicles safely in accordance with all state and federal regulationsMaintain an acceptable driving record and report vehicle maintenance needsLoad and secure products for safe transportMake timely deliveries to local customers while meeting service expectationsUnload merchandise at customer locations and verify shipment accuracyMaintain proper delivery documentation and paperwork flowCommunicate customer feedback and potential sales opportunities to Sales RepresentativesMaintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles and work areasRepresent the company professionally at all times Additional Responsibilities Assist with preparing paint orders, including mixing standard and custom formulasSupport order fulfillment, staging, and inventory processesPick up merchandise from local vendors as neededAssist with inside customer service and order processingAnswer customer calls professionally and accuratelyLoad and unload incoming shipmentsMatch packing slips to purchase ordersProperly dispose of waste materials according to company and regulatory standardsAssist with periodic and annual inventory countsPerform additional duties or special projects as assigned Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on role that includes: Frequent entering and exiting of vehiclesMultiple delivery stops throughout the dayRegular lifting, moving, and handling of materialsContinuous lifting of up to 70 pounds Qualifications Valid driver’s license in accordance with state and federal requirementsAcceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)Ability to pass pre-employment drug screeningStrong reliability, time management, and customer-service skills Compensation & Benefits Hourly compensation401(k) with company match Full Time Comprehensive Benefits Package Including Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceCompany-paid life and disability coverageGenerous Paid Time Off (3 weeks)Positive work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement Salary Description $15/hr
