Pay

Starting at $15.00 per hour (including tips).

• Tips: All tips are pooled among all hourly employees, paid out biweekly, and usually boost base pay by more than $2/hr.
• Quarterly Profit-Share: Each full-time employee shares in the profits based on restaurant and company performance. The profit-share can equal as much as 10% of quarterly employee pay, paid in one lump sum after each quarter.
• 401(K): Roots matches 100% of contributions up to 4%.

About the Role

As a member of our line crew, you are responsible for crafting awesome bowls and ensuring every customer has an incredible experience. You will work in the front of house, collaborating with your crew to serve perfect bowls quickly, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and restock ingredients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Focus on providing incredible customer experiences with attention to detail.
• Work all line positions: greeter, ingredients, mixer, protein, and POS.
• Actively communicate with the Leadership Team, grill, and dish crewmembers.
• Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude during all scheduled shifts.
• Restock line and reach-in fridge ingredients as needed.
• Use portion control and minimize waste to keep costs within projected range.
• Multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced, changing environment.
