Responsibilities
- Provide excellent food quality and consistency in an attractive environment with professional service.
- Cook dishes according to restaurant specifications with a passion for quality.
- Maintain and build positive relationships with team members.
- Create memorable experiences for guests and encourage their return.
- Follow departmental policies and restaurant rules.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Stock and maintain food products at line stations for smooth service.
- Keep work areas clean and sanitary.
- Ensure timely production of food items and educate staff about the menu.
- Daily cleaning of pantry, cooking line, prep kitchen, dish area, stairs, walk-in, and prep area.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a related or supportive role preferred.
- Strong time management and organizational skills for high-quality food production.
- Experience and proficiency in various cooking stations (garden manger, saute, fry, grill).
- High-level performance during all meal periods (breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
- Trained in knife skills and basic kitchen equipment.
- Ability to multitask under pressure.
- Flexible schedule, capable of working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
