Part Time Licensed Therapist

About the role

Deliver evidence-based, compassionate therapy to diverse clients, including individuals, couples, and children, providing telehealth and face-to-face mental health care in Salem, MA.

Responsibilities

• Manage a minimum of 15 sessions and 20 hours weekly, utilizing modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Focus on helping clients achieve measurable progress while collaborating within a supportive clinical community.
• Provide high-quality mental health services, participate in clinical support activities, and engage in ongoing training.
• Build a full caseload and contribute positively to the clinical community.

Qualifications & Skills

• Hold licensure as LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or PhD in psychology, residing in Massachusetts.
• Be a behavioral health generalist open to treating various client needs.
• Confident working with clinical technology and committed to client progress.
• A team-oriented mindset is essential.

Note that administrative tasks like credentialing, billing, and marketing are managed externally.
