Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing patient care under RN supervision, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services. Responsibilities Assess and manage patient needs following physician orders, performing routine procedures and medication administration within scope.Prepare patients for exams, assist during treatments, coordinate tests and follow-up care, and document accurately.Coordinate care with the healthcare team, inform team members of patient status changes, and collaboratively develop care plans.Educate patients and caregivers using teach-back methods to promote self-care and support.Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and serve as a preceptor for new colleagues.Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED and valid LPN license, along with BLS certification.Preferred experience in healthcare, especially oncology or outpatient settings.Strong clinical, assessment, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in computer skills and ability to delegate tasks appropriately.
