Part-Time - Licensed Practical Nurse
Position Overview
Delivering confidence through precision, empathy, and excellence. As a Laser Hair Removal Provider, you will deliver safe, effective treatments while helping clients build confidence and achieve long-term results.
Responsibilities
Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards.
Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care.
Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident.
Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness.
Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals.
Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan’s standards of professionalism.
Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records.
Avoid minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service.
Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols.
Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results.
