Responsibilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Assign duties, instruct, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and professional standards
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN/LVN license
- Current CPR certification
Qualifications
Experience in skilled nursing is preferred.
