Part-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are hiring a part-time licensed clinical social worker to join our growing physician-lead geriatrics practice at Woodleigh Chase, a beautiful 42-acre continuing care retirement community located in Fairfax, Virginia. Requirements

• Social Work degree (BSW or MSW) required
• Clinically Licensed Social Work – highest licensure in the state - required
• Minimum of three years of social work experience is required (In a health care setting preferred)
• Knowledge of geriatric population, case management and dementia preferred

Pay

$45,000 - $51,000 per year commensurate with experience (includes base + bonus + incentive)
