Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting products to drive revenue.
• Become a piercing expert through comprehensive training, conducting piercings, educating customers on aftercare, maintaining a sterile environment, and addressing questions or concerns.
• Maintain an inviting and organized store with visually appealing displays, well-stocked inventory, and easy-to-navigate layouts.
• Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and fostering a positive, high-energy environment.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style and suggest products to boost sales.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash transactions, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their new accessories and piercings on social media, creating shareable moments.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, ideally with leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
• Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, particularly for young or anxious customers.
• Proficiency in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
• Completed some high school; retail management experience is a plus.
• Physical ability to stand for scheduled shifts, lift 11-35kg (25-75lbs), bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and management.
• Solid grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
• Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
• Ability to create curated fashion looks with products during shifts.

Compensation will be at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location, with final pay determined by relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
