Part-Time LFP Transportation Assistant

About the role

The Worcester County Department of Social Services has assessed a need for transportation to be offered as a supportive service to improve family functioning and well-being of children who are at risk of entering an out of home placement. This service has been identified as a critical intervention component to assist parents in achieving goals that meet the basic needs of families and offers prevention of ongoing risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled and on-call transportation services of Worcester County DSS clients.
• Work with the agency Services unit to provide transportation and support to assist in stabilizing the family and fulfill requirements of case service plan.
