Part-time Lenovo Legend Club Bunker Suite Attendant

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to VIP guests in the Lenovo Center Bunker Suites.
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout the event.
• Prepare Bunker Suites prior to guest arrival by ensuring all food, beverages, amenities, and supplies are fully stocked and presented to premium standards.
• Maintain an immaculate suite environment throughout the event, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and presentation meet luxury hospitality expectations.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, creating a seamless VIP experience.
• Maintain knowledge of all food, beverage, and premium menu offerings to confidently assist guests.
• Communicate effectively with culinary, bar, and leadership teams to ensure timely service and an exceptional guest experience.
• Monitor food and beverage presentation, replenishing items as needed to maintain premium standards.
• Build positive relationships with Suite Members and their guests through outstanding hospitality and attention to detail.
• Assist with post-event suite cleanup, restocking, and preparation for future events.
• Uphold all health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards at all times.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous hospitality, premium dining, hotel, suite, or food and beverage experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and polished demeanor.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have 75% overall availability for events each month.
• Must be able to report to work at varying start times.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 30 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy premium hospitality environment.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Pay

$9.25 per hour plus tips.
