Server Attendant - Lobby Lounge (Part Time)

Responsibilities

• Assist the server team’s needs; stock, clean, and handle the flow of your section.
• Set and reset tables before, during, and after service periods with clean polished silverware, glassware, share plates, and napkins as necessary.
• Pre‑buss and buss tables during service; assist servers with service steps where needed.
• Clean all spills and broken glassware/dishes immediately, using floor signs when necessary.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies in good working order while following all cleaning and safety procedures.
• Refill water glasses, coffee cups, and other beverages throughout the meal service.
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and create “WOW” moments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the normal scope of duties, based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods during a shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods.
• Ability to push and pull food‑serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi‑regular basis.

Pay

The pay scale for the Server Attendant position is $17.90 per hour (base salary or hourly wage, exclusive of incentive pay such as gratuities).

Schedule

Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays.
