We are headquartered in Boston and growing fast across the country. About The Role We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented part-time legal intern to join our Legal team. This is a hands-on role with real substance: you will support contract management, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day legal operations, working directly with internal stakeholders and outside counsel. If you want meaningful legal work rather than administrative overflow, this is that role. What You'll Do Conduct legal research and draft memorandums regarding legal conclusions Manage and respond to company inquiries and complaints submitted to various Attorney General’s Offices, the Better Business Bureau and other similar channelsMonitor and triage the legal inbox, responding to and escalating matters as appropriateMontior, triage and respond to legal concerns identified by field, operations, marketing, customer care, etc. Support the review and management of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and company policiesMaintain and organize legal files, databases, and document management systems to ensure easy access and compliance with recordkeeping requirementsCoordinate with outside counsel, internal teams, and external stakeholders to track and complete legal projects on timeProvide support for dispute resolution and litigation mattersStay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments, sharing key updates with the Legal team What Drives Success in This Role Experience drafting and reviewing legal documentsStrong attention to detail in proofreading and document consistency - grammar, structure, and accuracyComfort supporting standard corporate agreements, including NDAs, marketing agreements, and independent contractor agreementsA collaborative mindset - you're able to partner with legal and cross-functional teams on special projects and initiativesSound judgment about what to handle independently and what to escalate Who You Are Currently enrolled as a JD candidate (2L or 3L)Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsExcellent organizational and communication abilities with a keen eye for detailProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAble to work on-site in downtown Boston for 20–25 hours per week Nice to Have Experience with contract management systems and corporate governance processesPrior in-house or law firm experience Why Join Us You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Legal team on matters that reach the whole business, with direct visibility into how an in-house legal function operates at a growing consumer company.
