About the role

As a part-time Legal Counsel at HEAPY, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal needs of our firm. Your responsibilities will include reviewing contracts, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Provide legal advice and guidance to project teams
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Prepare and review legal documents
• Assist in resolving legal issues and disputes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the state of [State]. Experience in construction law, preferably in the sustainable building industry, is preferred.
