Position Description
The University of Louisville College of Business invites applications for Part-Time Lecturer (PTL) teaching positions in Career Development. PTL's may be hired to teach undergraduate courses in Career Development, including the following topical areas: resume preparation, interview skills, networking skills, LinkedIn and social media presence, job searching, career decision-making, choosing a major, and building a professional image.

Requirements
- Minimum Education And Experience: Must have a bachelor's degree in field related to business administration, human resources, communication, or marketing, plus a minimum of five years’ work experience. HR or career-related certifications are a plus. Master’s degree is strongly preferred.

Qualifications
Applicants should demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with students, colleagues, and community members, and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Knowledge of current trends and issues in career development is also important.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $30,000 - $35,000 annually.
Schedule
