We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Leasing Specialist at La Veranda at Polly Lane in Lafayette, LA.

Greet prospects with a warm smile and give personalized property tours.
Turn prospects into happy residents by understanding their needs and guiding them through the application process.
Use creative strategies to market our properties through social media, local events, and marketing campaigns.
Be a go-to resource for residents, addressing questions and concerns while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Work in conjunction with the Property Management team to meet leasing and renewal goals for the property.

You’re an excellent communicator with a knack for building relationships and making people feel at ease.
You have a sales-driven mindset and follow through on every lead.
You’re tech-savvy and can easily navigate property management software and social media platforms.
You’re detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask like a pro.
You have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (a plus, but not required).
