Part Time Leasing Professional - Creekside Apartments
Essential Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, credit screenings, and criminal background checks.
- Prepare the lease and move-in package, ensure smooth resident move-ins and lease signings, and inspect apartments for move-in readiness.
- Stay informed about market and competitor conditions, develop and implement marketing plans, and follow policies related to concessions, specials, and other programs.
- Create and drive traffic to the community through internet marketing, resident referral programs, and other community-specific marketing activities.
- Use on-site property management software to track apartment availability, record leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and maintain show units.
- Ensure show units meet company standards for quality by inspecting the marketing corridor, communicating maintenance needs, merchandising, and preparing the leasing office.
- Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction, respond to resident concerns, and take prompt action to solve problems.
- Execute lease renewal activities, prepare renewal letters and packages, meet with renewing residents, and ensure timely implementation of lease renewal documents.
Required Licenses Or Certifications
Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions. Incumbents must also have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
Physical Demands
Incumbents need to be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas. They must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance. Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position. Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Compensation
The hourly range for this role is $18.00 - $20.00. Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
