Part Time Leasing Consultant

About the role
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team. You’ll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks — and we’ll provide you with all the training and support you need to excel.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective residents to guide them through the leasing process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current residents and team members
- Handle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks
- Conduct property tours and home inspections
- Assist with resident events and weather-related challenges outside standard hours
Requirements

Pay
Hourly rates start at $19/hour, increasing based on experience, plus quarterly bonuses.
Schedule
- 20 hours per week
- Most or all Saturdays 9am–5pm
- One additional full 8-hour weekday and one half 4-hour weekday (flexible based on availability)
- Weekday hours: 9am–6pm (Sundays closed)
