Part Time Leasing Consultant

Key Role Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate on a day-to-day basis with potential residents regarding building availability and tours.
• Orchestrate both new leases and lease renewals.
• Follow up with prospective residents.
• Aid in off-site and on-site marketing.
• Properly respond to any resident concerns.
• Met with Property Manager on a daily basis to submit reports and review any ideas to assist with promoting leasing results.
• Provide support to other leasing consultants.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 2 years in sales or property management experience (Preferred).
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and customer service skills.
• Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to-date knowledges of rules, laws and regulations.
• Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state.
