Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview

This position involves functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. The role includes managing inventory, maintaining plan-o-grams, providing excellent customer service, and supporting store operations to maximize profitability and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and display products following company standards.
• Assist customers in locating items and operate cash registers efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and handle store maintenance tasks.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and security protocols.
• In absence of management, authorize refunds, oversee cash accountability, and monitor store activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.
• Proficiency with cash registers and safety policies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to follow plan-o-grams and merchandise presentation guidelines.

Experience & Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with six months of supervisory or related experience recommended.
