Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview This position involves functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. The role focuses on maximizing store profitability, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store organization and safety. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks, stock merchandise, rotate and build displays, and assist with inventory management.Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and provide customer assistance.Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store, including cleaning and organizing.Support plan-o-gram implementation and store setup, including sidewalk displays.In the absence of managerial staff, handle refunds, cash deposits, monitor cash levels, and ensure security protocols.Complete required paperwork and follow company policies and procedures. Qualifications & Skills Strong mathematical and cash handling skills, including register operations.Knowledge of safety policies, merchandise presentation, and store security practices.Effective communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience preferred.
