Responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet or exceed store financial goals by creating memorable customer experiences.
• “Host the party” on the sales floor, communicating vineyard vines’ core values through team interactions.
• Embody and promote our values: Passion, Service, Integrity, Commitment, Teamwork, and Fun.
• Execute the “door to floor” process, from receiving shipments to setting new inventory on the floor.
• Develop and train team members through ongoing coaching, product knowledge, and process improvements.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Take on a Division of Responsibility (DOR)—rotating leadership tasks to support store operations and personal growth.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of retail leadership experience or equivalent role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Charismatic personality with a passion for the vineyard vines brand and community.
• Proven track record in driving sales, strong interpersonal skills, and exceptional customer service.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Team-focused, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand/move for extended periods, reach, carry, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 pounds (accommodations available upon request).

Schedule

• Weekend availability required; scheduling depends on business needs.
• 20–30 hours/week average (part-time status).
• Seasonal stores: 25–40 hours/week during peak periods.

Pay

Hourly range: $17.14–$22.26.
