We were once stuck in desk jobs we didn't enjoy, so we quit. We traded business suits for swimsuits, got our wisdom teeth pulled, and signed up for every credit card we could. On the same day, we left our jobs and went after the American Dream. Who You Are

We're looking for energetic individuals who want to bring the "Everyday should feel this good" vibe to our sales floor. You'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers and developing our team into top Brand Ambassadors. You'll work closely with the management team to ensure each interaction is personalized and exceptional.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate sales to meet/exceed store financial goals

  • Execute the "door to floor" concept by managing inventory and staff

DOR Overview

In addition to your role responsibilities, you will take on a Division of Responsibility (DOR). These are distinct responsibilities assigned to leaders within the store to ensure clear execution and support development and growth. DORs are not titles but opportunities for progression within your role.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year's work experience in retail leadership, or equivalent role
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Charismatic personality and passion for Vineyard Vines brand and community
  • Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Experience and passion for leading and mentoring a team
  • Team-focused, confident, and professional
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Scheduling Requirements

  • Weekend availability required
  • Scheduling dependent on business needs
  • 20-30 hours/week average to maintain part-time status
  • Seasonal stores may require 25-40 hours/week during peak periods
