What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
  • Builds a deep understanding of our fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent and uses it as a selling tool to inspire confident purchasing decisions
  • Cultivates and grows a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, personalized follow-up, and referrals) to generate repeat business and deepen client loyalty
  • Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic, turning standard styling conversations into meaningful, brand-focused interactions that drive sales
  • Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement, strategic wardrobing, and a genuine consultative selling approach
  • Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor to inspire and elevate the rest of the team
  • Support store operation as needed including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards to maintain an environment that reflects the Vince luxury experience

Qualifications/Experience

  • 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills allowing for effective communication with your customers
  • Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Able to climb ladders and stairs; bend, reach, lift, move, and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floor
  • Flexible work schedule; must be open to work weekends, evenings, events, and holidays
