Quitting, we embraced the American Dream by ditching business suits for bathing suits, getting our wisdom teeth pulled early, and signing up for every credit card available. Who You Are

We're looking for energetic, charismatic individuals who want to bring the "everyday should feel this good" vibe to our stores. You'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers, embodying our core values, and developing your team into top-notch Brand Ambassadors.

What You’ll Do

• Create sales to help the store meet its financial goals
• Communicate our core values to customers through your team
• Implement the "door to floor" concept from receiving shipments to setting the floor with new inventory
• Develop and train your team on product knowledge, presentation, and processes
• Support store leadership in various managerial tasks

DOR Overview

In addition to your regular responsibilities, you'll take on a Division of Responsibility (DOR), which are distinct tasks assigned to leaders to ensure clear execution and support growth. These roles will rotate periodically.

Requirements

• Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership or equivalent role
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Charismatic personality and passion for the Vineyard's brand and community
• Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Experience and passion for leading and mentoring a team
• Team-focused, confident, and professional
• Able to stand, move, reach, carry, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 40 pounds (accommodations may be requested)

Scheduling Requirements

• Weekend availability required
• Average of 20-30 hours per week to maintain part-time status
• Seasonal stores may require 25-40 hours per week during peak periods
