Who You Are

We're looking for energetic individuals who want to bring our "Everyday should feel this good" vibe to life. You'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers and developing the team into excellent Brand Ambassadors.

What You’ll Do

• Create sales to meet/exceed store financial goals
• Communicate our core values to customers through your team
• Implement the "door to floor" concept

Requirements

• One year's work experience in retail leadership or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Charismatic personality and passion for the Vineyard vines brand and community
• Track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Experience and passion for leading and mentoring a team
• Team-focused, confident, and professional
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Time management and decision-making skills

Scheduling Requirements

• Weekend availability required
• 20-30 hours/week average to maintain part-time status
• Seasonal stores may require 25-40 hours/week during peak periods

Hourly Range

$14.94 - $18.26
