About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, Key Holders are consumer‑centric, open‑minded, proactive, and think beyond the task. They model and coach to deliver the ultimate experience for all consumers through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The role supports the leadership team in growing sales, coaching staff, maintaining operational excellence, and creating a positive, engaging shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach store staff on Levi’s selling practices and authentic customer service.
• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities.
• Train team members and model effective selling behaviors.
• Assist with getting products to the floor, store operations, and visual merchandising.
• Help lead a positive and engaging shopping experience while driving key initiatives.
• Comply with all Levi’s Store policies, procedures, and programs.
• Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.

Requirements

• Ability to comply with store policies and follow management directives.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay

The hourly pay range is $17.30 – $28.80, varying with experience and qualifications, and will never be below the applicable local, state, or federal minimum wage.

Schedule

Both full‑time and part‑time positions are available.
