Part-Time Key Holder, Eastside Golf - Phipps Plaza

About the role

The Keyholder at Eastside Golf is responsible for supporting overall sales in the store, managing staff, merchandise, and customer service. The position aims to inspire the culture, promote diversity, and maintain authenticity. Specific responsibilities include sales generation, customer service, and fostering a positive store/brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and motivate sales staff to exceed these goals.
• Support the development of associates' sales techniques and ensure they utilize elevated levels of sales and service.
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of merchandise and ensure selling is fluent in all aspects of product knowledge.
• Play an active role on the selling floor, collaborate with management to identify marketing opportunities, and support sales growth.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop events and incentives that build the local market and enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure all associates provide the highest level of customer service to achieve World Class Service standards.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Absorb and act on first-hand customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Empower associates to make decisions in the customer's best interest that align with the Company's philosophy.

Requirements

• Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers.
• Uses customer feedback to drive improvements in products and services.
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about fashion.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, and to report to work on a timely basis.
• Ability to support management with supervision of scheduled staff in the store.
• Hold a store key.
