About the Role

As a Key Holder, you will open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will lead the store team as part of management, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Your role will include processing sales transactions, assisting in inventory control, restocking, merchandising, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld. You will also support loss prevention efforts, train and mentor new associates, and work collaboratively toward common goals.

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store following company policies and procedures
  • Lead the store team and provide exceptional customer service
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and respectfully
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising
  • Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
  • Support loss prevention efforts and report unusual activity
  • Train and mentor new associates
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team toward common goals
  • Maintain a professional presence and motivate others

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1+ years of retail sales experience
  • Minimum of 1+ year of retail leadership/management experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as a team
  • Understanding of basic retail principles such as sales, stock, and service delivery
  • Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to move around the store throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise packages, bins, clothing racks)
  • Ability to regularly squat or kneel (e.g., to access under-storage bins, during visual resets)
  • Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform to complete tasks

Pay

This is a part-time hourly paid position with a wage range of $19.27–$22.27 per hour.
